DIY Vintage/Wedgewood Inspired Pumpkins – Episode 176
Turn your decorative pumpkins into a vintage-inspired work of art! Erin and Kelli share an easy way to upscale your old pumpkins with some blue and white flair -perfect for any space in your home this fall!
Supply List:
- Plastic pumpkins
- Rustoleum French Blue spray paint
- White Craftsmart acrylic paint
- Paint brushes
- Gold metallic paint
How to:
*There is no right or wrong way to create these pumpkins- you can paint the designs of your choice, but we are sharing our technique to make it easy!
- Spray pumpkins with French Blue Paint outside and allow paint to dry (30 minutes)
- Using the lines of the pumpkin, paint a horizontal line around the top of the pumpkin.
- Under that painted line, paint another scalloped line around the pumpkin.
- Next paint smaller common like strokes on the lines you just painted.
- Allow pumpkins to dry and enjoy!
