Set the Table with Easter Elegance | The Southern Table – Episode 201

Southern Charm meets traditional Easter for your dining room this springtime season. Erin and Kelli reveal their Easter table and how you can create this beautiful setting in your dining room.

Strawberry Salad Coupes:

List of Ingredients: (all from Ingles Markets) 

  • Arugula
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Feta cheese crumbles
  • Pecans
  • Vinaigrette

How-to:

Create individual salads in coupe style glasses! A fun twist on adding a personal touch to your menu!

Easter Bunny Cake:

List of Supplies: 

  • Two cakes from Ingles Markets Bakery, we used a coconut standard size & a smaller vanilla cake.
  • 10 chocolate bunnies, (seasonal candy section at Ingles)
  • Easter decor, used as cake topper

How-to:

Stack smaller cake onto larger cake on your cake stand. Gently press, the chocolate bunnies around the edge of the bottom cake. Place a fun Easter decor item on top of the cake to serve as cake topper. We used this whimsical bunny, top hat we found at a home decor store.

Asparagus Floral Arrangement:

List of Supplies: 

  • 2 bundles of asparagus
  • Rubber band
  • Canning jar
  • Fresh flowers
  • Ribbon

How-to:

  1. Use rubber band to secure asparagus stalks around the outside of jar.
  2. Use ribbon to tie around and hide rubber band.
  3. Make a small flower arrangement to place inside of jar.
