DIY Toilet Paper Roll Napkin Ring
List of supplies:
- Toilet paper roll cut down to about 2 inches
- Ribbons
- Beautiful brooch or button for embellishment
How-to:
Cut the toilet paper roll down to 2 inches and then use a glue gun to cover with a strip of ribbon, we layered the ribbons for a high end look. Attach a brooch or decorative button for embellishment.
Hair Clip Napkin Ring
