• Tape or craft glue
• Scissors

How-to:

Remove matte from frames and cover with patterned scrap book or wrapping paper, trim down to cover and tape to hold in place. Simply add the flag to the center, using tape or craft glue. Add back to frame for a beautiful framed Americana art for your home.
